Decatur Christian Towers (DCT) is a 14-story apartment community for seniors. Located one mile from historic downtown Decatur, Georgia, the Towers combines the advantages of city life with those of a small-town community.
DCT is proud to be a nonprofit community. We offer 216 apartment homes, with your choice of one-bedroom or studio floor plans.
Each apartment is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, carpet and mini-blinds. Rent includes electrical and water utilities. Residents provide their own phone service and furnishings. There is a 24-hour emergency call system located in each apartment bedroom and bathroom.
